April 3, 2011: The readings for today are Judges 10 and 11 and Luke 9:1-36. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.
Judges 10:
- List the 2 judges from verses 1-5.
- List all the evil things the Israelites did.
Judges 11:
- List the foolish vow that Jephtahah made to the Lord and what was the result.
Luke 9:1-36:
- List what Jesus gave his disciples in verse 1.
- List what instructions Jesus gave.
- Write what Jesus said in verse 13.
- List how many people were fed with how much food to start with, and how much food was left over.
- List the terrible things that Jesus predicted he would suffer.
- List what God said in verse 36.
