The readings for today are Esther 7, 8, 9, and 10 and Acts 6. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.

Esther 7:

• List what happened to Haman.

Esther 8:

• List what the king did to rectify the situation that Haman created.

• List the provisions of the decree.

• List the date of the event in the decree.

• Go back to Esther 3:13 and list the original date contained in Haman's decree.

• List what happened in the land when the decree was sent.

Esther 9:

• List what happened on March 7, the date of the event.

• List what further request Esther made.

• List what Mordecai and Esther did to establish a special festival.

Esther 10:

• List a description of Mordecai.

Acts 6:

• List the complaints of the Greek believers.

• List how the apostles resolved the complaint.

• List a description of Stephen.
