Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.

The readings for today are Ezra 9 and 10 and Acts 1. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.


Ezra 9:

• List the problem the Jewish leaders brought to Ezra's attention.

• List Ezra's reaction when he learned of the problem.

• Write out verses 12b and c.

• Write out verse 15.

Ezra 10:

• List the covenant the unfaithful offered to make.

• List what Ezra said to the people in verse 11.

Acts 1:

• List the things Jesus did during the 40 days after the crucifixion.

• List what Jesus told his disciples would happen when the Holy Spirit came to them.

• List what the two white-robed men told the disciples after Jesus ascended into heaven.

• List the people who were gathered in the upstairs room.

• List the two men nominated to take Judas' place. Circle the name chosen by casting lots.
