Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.

The readings for today are Nehemiah 9, 10, and 11 and Acts 4:1-22. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.

Nehemiah 9:
  • List what the people did.
  • Write out the words called to the people in verses 5 and 6.
  • Write out the last sentence of verse 8.
  • Draw a vertical line down the center of the page. Label the left column "God" and the right column "Israelites."
  • From the reading, list the various attributes of God and the Israelites that we learn about.

Nehemiah 10:
  • List the basics of the promises made by the people.

Nehemiah 11:
  • List how it was decided who would live in Jerusalem.

Acts 4:1-22:
  • List what happened to Peter and John.
  • List who Peter claimed was the healer of the lame man,
  • Write out verse 12.
  • Write out Peter's and John's words in verses 19 and 20.
