The readings for today are 1 Kings 8 and 9 and Luke 23:39-56. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.
1 Kings 8:
- Write out verse 23.
- Write out verses 38-40.
- List the various topics that Solomon prayed about.
1 Kings 9:
- List what the Lord promised Solomon.
- List an account of Solomon's labor forces and what jobs they were assigned.
Luke 23:39-56:
- List the things that Joseph of Arimathea did for Jesus after the crucifixion.
- List what the watching women did.
