Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.
The readings for today are 2 Kings 1, 2, and 3 and John 3:22-36. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.
2 Kings 1:
- List what happened each time King Ahaziah of Israel sent soldiers to arrest Elijah.
2 Kings 2:
- List each place that Elijah went with Elisha and what happened.
- List what Elisha saw happen to Elijah.
- List the miracles that Elisha performed.
2 Kings 3:
- List what Elisha prophesied about the water and the battle with the Moabites.
John 3:22-36:
- Write out John's words from verse 27.
- Draw a vertical line down the center of the page. Label the left column "Believers" and the right column "Unbelievers."
- List what we learn from verses 33-36 in the appropriate column.
