Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.

February 10, 2011: The readings for today are: Leviticus 10, 11, and 12 and Matthew 26:1-19. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.




Leviticus 10:

  • List the two sons of Aaron who died because of disobeying the Lord.
  • List the Lord's instructions concerning the priests' conduct.


Leviticus 11:


  • Draw a vertical line down the center of the page to form two columns. Label the left column "Forbidden Foods" and the right column "Allowable Foods."
  • List the information from the reading in the appropriate columns.
  • List the animals that would make one ceremonially unclean.
  • List the detestable animals.


Leviticus 12:


  • List the instructions for a woman giving birth.


Matthew 26:1-19:


  • A woman pours perfume over Jesus's head. List the responses of Jesus and his disciples.
  • Write out verse 13.
  • Jesus's disciples prepared for the coming Passover in different ways. List the different ways.
