Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.

The readings for today are Lamentations 3, 4, and 5 and Hebrews 8. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.

Lamentations 3:
  • Draw a vertical line down the center of the page. Label the left column "Affliction" and the right column "The Lord."
  • From the reading, list the information we learn about affliction and the Lord.
  • Write out verses 22 and 23.
  • Write out verse 40.

Lamentations 4:
  • List some of the things done by the people of Jerusalem that horrified or disgusted you as you read about them.

Lamentations 5:
  • Write out verse 19.
  • Write out verse 21.

Hebrews 8:
  • List the purpose of the earthly priests.
  • List the purpose of the new covenant.
