Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.
The readings for today are Jeremiah 1 and 2 and 2 Thessalonians 2. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.
Jeremiah 1:
- List what the Lord told Jeremiah when Jeremiah protested the Lord's commission for him.
- List the two visions the Lord gave Jeremiah and what they meant.
- List each time the Lord told Jeremiah not to be afraid and why.
Jeremiah 2:
- List the two complaints the Lord had against Israel.
- Write out verses 19a and b.
- Write out verses 22a and b.
2 Thessalonians 2:
- List a description of the man of lawlessness who will rebel against God.
- List what this man will do.
- List Paul's instructions to the Thessalonian church (verses 14-17).
