Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.
The readings for today are Song of Songs 1, and 2, and 3 and 2 Corinthians 12. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.
Song of Songs 1:
- List a description of the young woman in this chapter.
Song of Songs 2:
- List all the things the young woman compares her love to.
- Write out verse 16a.
Song of Songs 3:
- List the promise the young woman asks of the women of Jerusalem.
- Describe King Solomon from the information contained in the reading.
2 Corinthians 12:
- List what Paul was given to torment him and keep him from getting proud.
- List what the Lord told Paul whenever he asked for the Lord to take away his torment.
- List what Paul is content with along with his weaknesses.
- List the proof that Paul gave (or didn't give) to the Corinthians that he was an apostle, sent by God.
- List what Paul is afraid he will find when he visits the Corinthian church.
