Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.

The readings for today are Proverbs 30 and 31 and 2 Corinthians 8. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.

Proverbs 30:
  • List the two things Agur asks for from God and the reason for each.
  • List the five things that are never satisfied.
  • List the four things that amaze Agur and that he does not understand.
  • List the four things that the earth cannot endure.
  • List the four things that are unusually small but very wise and the lesson we learn from their example.
  • List the four stately monarchs on earth.

Proverbs 31:
  • List what drink is useful for what.
  • Summarize a description of the qualities of a wife of noble character (not a list of activities).
  • Write out verse 30.

2 Corinthians 8:
  • List the ways the Corinthians excel (verse 7).
  • List a description of each of the two brothers Paul mentions.
