Welcome to Listing Your Way Through the Bible, our unique bible study based on making lists as we work through daily readings.

The readings for today are Psalm 82, 83, and 84 and Romans 8:19-39. Here are some lists for the reader to contemplate while reading.

Psalm 82:
  • Draw a vertical line down the center of the page. Label the left column "God" and the right column "gods."
  • From the reading, list the information in the appropriate column.

Psalm 83:
  • List what God's enemies do.
  • List what the psalmist Asaph asks God to do to His enemies.

Psalm 84:
  • Write out verse 1.
  • Write out verse 5.
  • Write out verses 11 and 12.

Romans 8:19-39:
  • List how the Holy Spirit helps us (verses 26-27).
  • Write out verse 28.
  • From verses 29 and 30, list the verbs that apply to God with appropriate arrows connecting them (e.g., foreknew, predestined to be conformed, etc.).
  • Write out verse 31b.
  • Write out verse 35.
  • Write out verse 37.
  • List all the things that cannot separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus.
